Promenade Staterooms on the Voyager of the Seas

What are the Promenade Staterooms onboard the Voyager of the Seas? 

My Promenade Stateroom

On my 1 night Sampler cruise 

​last year

 I was given one of these staterooms located on deck 8 midships. These are standard cabins with the usual 2 twin beds (convert

ible​

 to a Queen), a writing desk and 2 couches (1 couch against the wall and a second couch against the window). The view from the window is down to the Royal Promenade

​ Boulevard​

 on deck 5 with a few shops, 2 bars, the Cafe & Icecream parlour & where they also have the DreamWorks Parades. Although these cabins are 

​in a fantastic location (​

midships over decks 6, 7 and 8) these cabins 

​can sometimes be noisy - especially during these DreamWorks Parades!

There's also no natural in these cabins which is the reason why they're priced as "Inside Staterooms."

My View from Deck 8

If you're looking at

 midship

 inside cabin, I would

​​

 recommend booking a cabin on Deck 9 or 10 

​(t

hese will of course book up fast

​ so get in quick!)​

 or 

​a​

 cabin at the back of the ship from Deck 6 upwards

​!

emember

​ there's nothing wrong with being at the

 back of the ship 

​- ​in fact it's 

the next best place to be when you can't get a midships cabin

​!​
